Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive exactly the same product as shown in the picture. All images displayed on our e-shop are actual photos of the products and not generic or representative ones. We take great care to ensure accurate presentation so you know exactly what you’re ordering.

However, in rare cases, there may be slight variations in color due to lighting during photography or the settings of your device’s screen. Nevertheless, the product you receive will be the genuine item as described and depicted on our store.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is issued electronically and sent to your email on the day your order is shipped, in accordance with Greek tax regulations. The receipt includes the official date of issue (which is the shipping date) along with the tracking number of your parcel.

At the moment, receipts are not available for download through your account on our website. If you did not receive the email or need us to resend your receipt, feel free to contact our customer support team—we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU and Greek consumer protection laws. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team via email, mentioning your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide all necessary instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or wrong item).

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Products that appear as “out of stock” on our website are usually available for backorder, which means you can still purchase them even if they are not currently in stock. Once your order is placed, we will secure the item for you from our supplier and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Estimated delivery times for backordered items are typically mentioned on the product page.

However, if a product has been permanently discontinued, it will no longer be visible or available for purchase on our website at all. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to reach out to our customer support team—we’ll be happy to assist.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders throughout Greece to all regions, including mainland areas, islands, and remote locations, via our partnered courier services. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping address—whether it’s your home, workplace, or a pick-up point (if available).
