High Power Ultra Linear HF Preamplifier (3-30MHz ±1dB)

This is an ultra-gain-linear RF preamplifier for the HF band.
This device uses a wideband active element to achieve a ±1dB linearity at a nominal gain of 25dB across the 3-30MHz band.
Designed to operate at 12V, the circuit should require around 100-115mA.
It is expected that certain components may heat during operation.
To prevent distortion, max input power shall not exceed 0dBm.
Output power: 23dBm (~200mW).
Ambient temperature range: -30…60°C
