Low Power Ultra Linear HF Preamplifier (3-30MHz ±0.5dB)

This is an even more gain-linear (but lower power) preamplifier for the HF band.
This device uses a wideband active element to achieve a ±0.5dB linearity at a nominal gain of 15dB across the 3-30MHz band.
Designed to operate at 12V, the circuit should require around 20-30mA.
It is expected that certain components may heat during operation.
To prevent damage, max input power shall not exceed 0dBm.
Output power: 15dBm (~31mW).
Ambient temperature range: -30…60°C
